I’ve led organisations, programmes, and cross-border initiatives.
I’ve advised civil society groups, human rights defenders, media platforms, and small businesses — in contexts ranging from high-growth to high-stress.
I understand what it’s like to face pressure from all sides — and still be expected to lead.

My approach is both strategic and human-centred. I bring together tools from classic organisational development, adaptive leadership, and systems thinking — and tailor them to your context, your team, your reality.

I’ve worked across Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, Central Asia, and beyond. I work in English, Belarusian, and Russian. I also understand Ukrainian well and can work with Ukrainian-speaking teams. And I stay current — whether through new approaches to evaluation, or smart use of AI to support team capacity.

I believe that real change happens when people are trusted, supported, and aligned — not just told what to do. That’s why I focus on culture, collaboration, and practical clarity as key levers of performance and resilience.
